POSTING OFFERS

To post offers to the Trade Lead you have to be registered and have completed all the compulsory  fields. You can then access fully the Trade Lead – and make “Postings of Offers".

To view "translated trade leads" and to post Trade Leads other than in English, you must first select the language from the "Language List Box". You can change the language any time while viewing search results as well as viewing details of the " Contract Awarded". It is "Important to Note" , we offer "Translation services" to assist in international trading helping to break through the "language" barriers to trade.

Our members can have their Trade Lead translated from different languages into different languages and, then posted to the Trade Lead. Members from around the world can also receive "Trade Lead -email alerts".

We do not offer multi-language website, only that Trade Leads can be posted in 12 Languages other than English, and our facilities allows members to search and view these Trade Lead postings.

Do not forget to choose the correct language character coding in your browser. You must remember to change your "browser settings" or you will not view the text correctly (in Netscape - View-Character Coding-for example Central European 'Windows-1250' - to view in German or, Cyrillic 'Windows-1251').

You will only be able to view in different languages, "the translated text of the Trade Lead"

Using the "Post  form” you must make the appropriate selections specific to your “Trade lead”.

The first field to select from on the Trade Lead – “Post form”, is the Type of Trade Lead :–

If for example you are stationery retailer seeking supplier, you would select  “Offer to Buy” . Your “offer” can be searched for under this category, or sent out in our “Trade Lead Alerts” for those businesses who have requested postings from  “Buyers”.

Selection of the Industry Category is dependant on the Type of Trade Lead, if the Trade Lead is a Tender for “Consultancy Services”  then the  “Business Services” category is selected.

Your “offer” can be searched for under this category, or sent out in our “Trade Lead Alerts” for those businesses who have requested all information on postings for Tenders under the category of   “Business services”.

GENERAL CATEGORY

Product/Service:- This field is to select whether the Trade Lead is related to  product or service , and assists in the online search process for example user could use search criteria,  Offers to buy; “product”; Asia (the Preferred Trading Region).

 Description of Product/Service:- The main body of Trade Lead is entered into this field, all appropriate details and information concerning your Trade Lead should be entered. Buyers/Suppliers will read this information concerning the Trade Lead, it will save time to prepare the “offers” before posting and be very specific in what you include in the  “offers”. (750 words or less, is recommended)

Preferred trading region:-You may have preferences as to trading regions, for example you may wish to secure an Agent in “Australia”, by making selection of the preferred region “businesses” can search Trade Lead postings by using the “Preferred trading region” search criteria. Your “offer” can be searched online using this category criteria, or sent out in our “Trade Lead Alerts” for those businesses who have requested all information on postings for “Offers” in specific Trade Regions.

Country:- In this field you select the Country of your business, the country origin of the “Trade Lead” . Businesses can use “country search criteria”, for example to search for all “Trade Lead offers from the United Kingdom” . 

Your “offer” can be searched online using this category criteria, or sent out in our “Trade Lead Alerts” for those businesses who have requested all information on postings for “Offers” from specific Country.

For Publication  (MM/DD/YY) -:This field is to enter “ when the Offer is to be made public”. You may for example wish to post an Offer in October  but it is not to be released for online publication until November. You complete the required date of online publication in the “box”.  

Deadline - Offer Expires after  (MM/DD/YY)-:In this field you enter the date that your “offer” ends, for example you may wish to post a  Tender where all written bid proposals must be received by  10/12/2002.  This date is to be entered into the box. 

Your “offer” can be searched online using the “Deadline Date criteria”, or sent out in our “Trade Lead Alerts” for those businesses who have requested all information on postings for “Tenders” with a December 2002 deadline.

View to all-:In this field you agree that you wish for all  “The Bag Lady –Directory Members ” to view  your “offer”, for it to be published online and sent out via our  “Trade Lead Alert ” services.

On requesting translation services you will be provided with “Quote” of the Translation Costs and should these be accepted your “Trade Lead” will be translated and posted to the Trade Lead in the “language(s)” requested.

Businesses can search using the “language search criteria “, for example search criteria for,  “all Trade Lead offers” , Sector -: “Consultancy” Language-:  “French” .

Language of trade lead:-In this field you select the language which you are posting the Trade Lead offer in.
